Accepting the terms and conditions of use

The website can be used to obtain travel information and services provided by Romania Tour Agency and to contact the staff for the purpose of getting informed and request tourist services. We reserve the right to refuse access to this website at any time without prior notice.
The website data is informative and LUYOU SERVICES SRL is not responsible for the correctness, the completeness and updating of the informtion available on the website, the touristic services being made available by the suppliers as well, who can modify this data at any time. This information can be retrieved from the agency’s suppliers/ partners and the accuracy of the information can be provided by contacting the agency’s staff. We will use all reasonable endeavours to correct any error, but we cannot accept liability for these errors.

Booking conditions
If the tourist will access the agency’s website and wants to purchase a travel service provided by Romania Tour Agency and comes from an area where the agency has a collaboration contract with partners, he/she will be redirected to the partner agency for bookings, excepting bookings for accommodation. For hotel/ tour bookings a prior availability confirmation is required from the travel agent. The user/tourist is responsible for providing accurate and complete data for making a reservation, regardless of whether the reservation is made for himself/herself or for family members/relatives/acquaintances. If the reservation can be confirmed, the agency will provide the tourist with a proforma invoice by electronic means (e-mail), which will be paid by bank transfer by the date specified in the invoice. If payment is not made within the specified period, the agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation made for the tourist. All services made available on this website are made with the help of service providers and reservations are issued based on the terms and conditions made available by them. Therefore, each user accepts these conditions and supplier’s conditions. The waiver of the contracted tourist services shall be made with the related penalties, established by the agency or by the service providers. The clauses regarding cancellations and penalties, as well as other reservations, can be read in the contract or the additional acts of the contract, which are to inform about the services offered. Payment will be made only by bank transfer. Other payment methods are not accepted by LUYOU SERVICES SRL, therefore we are not responsible for payments made by means other than those mentioned above nor if our partner travel agency sends us wrong or incomplete information about the tourist. The financial responsibility assumed through this website lies strictly with the user/tourist.
Services ratings
Accommodation units or means of transportation ratings are in accordance with the legislation in force in Romania or in the country in which the services are provided. These rating certificates are issued by the competent authorities, and the standards differ from one country to another.
Rent a car booking terms and conditions
For car rental, the terms and conditions of service providers will apply. These terms and conditions will be communicated at the time of a request from the tourist.
Hotel booking terms and conditions
For hotel reservations, the terms and conditions of accommodation units will apply. These will be communicated at the time of a tourist request or displayed on the website.
Visas, passports and destination’s actual situation
Since LUYOU SERVICES SRL is a licensed travel agency, it does not offer visas. It is the user/passenger responsibility to check if visa is required to enter a country where the tourist services were contracted. The tourist also has the following responsibilities: to hold a valid passport when entering a destination, to contact foreign embassies or consulates to obtain the required visas, to hold a round trip ticket, to consult authorities’ website or to get informed with up-to-date and relevant information about destination’s present situation, safety and security (dangers, diseases, protests etc). LUYOU SERVICES SRL is not responsible: if authorities refuse the entrance of the tourist in Romania or other destination, if the tourist cannot travel due to his/her fault (passport, visa, health issues etc,), if the tourist is fined for his/her action/behaviour, we will not be held responsible to pay these losses/damages.

If there are links to websites of other entities: agencies/hotels/transporters etc, we are not responsible for their terms and conditions of use of their content or services, your use will be made on your own responsibility. The agency assumes no liability for the content, accuracy or availability of the materials available on these sites.
Changing website content
LUYOU SERVICES SRL may partially or totally modify the content of the website at any time without prior notice to the user. Also, the agency may at any time, without notice, modify these terms and conditions. It is the user’s responsibility to read the terms and conditions for each use.
